I am a fashion/design trend forecaster, and am coincidentally traveling on business during the Climate Change conference, so thought something traveling on business could take advantage of my centrally located flat, and get a real insight into how it is living like a real Copenhagen'er in one of my favourite cities!

Besides the room you will have a shared kitchen/living room and bath room. The apartment also offers broadband internet access, so bring your computer. Linen, towels and kitchen utensils etc. can be provided, and my old 18 speed bike can be used as is in the summertime.
Despite the areas old world charm, it is a mere 15 minutes away from the ever busy downtown Copenhagen by train or car. And all modern conveniences as shopping, dinning, library, cinema and train / bus station is within easy 5 minute walk.
The area is a well visited sightseeing area. With in easy reach you will find the Sorgenfri and Frederiksdal palace, The open air National Museeum in Brede with well over a 100 beautiful relocated traditional Danish country house, The perfectly preserved village of Kongens Lyngby, The beautiful Millstream with several old watermills. The Royal hunting palace "The Eremitage" scenically set in the extensive Royal hunting grounds of "Dyrehaven" dotted with ancient oaks and amazing vista over the Sound. The art museums of Ordrupgaard and Sophienholm. The list goes on : )
For the outdoors type the area offers plenty recreational possibilities with several forests, lakes, beaches and beautiful walks close by.
The shared apartment is perfect as a homey alternative to a hotel/hostel for the short term visitor who need a place a few weeks/months. Or perhaps while you look for more permanent lodging in Copenhagen. There is no deposit, first, last "month" you simply just pay the one week/month in advance. This way you are free to leave when ever. And if you should fall in love with setup well then monthly rates of 4500 dkr will be available after 4 weeks : )
Just behind the house you will find a free 24 hour parking.
The apartment will be shared with me, a 34 year old danish male.
I am a easy going non-smoker, outdoorsy type and a quite, respectful roommate : )
Due to my work you will offen have the apartment all to yourself
The room will be available for short/(long) term rental for a likewise non-smoking, quite English/Scandinavian speaking Westerners.

Great 110m2 3BR apartment, placed in the funky Vesterbro part of
Copenhagen. This used to be the working-class quarter and the red
light district, but during the recent years it has been turned in to the
most hip place in town. In this area you will find trendy cafes, import
kitsch from Turkey, small delicatessen shops, halal butchers and
designer shops side-by-side.
The apartment has a wonderful and light kitchen/dining room, a quiet
bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe, a beautiful bedroom/office in
old boutique-room with 5 meters to ceiling, great atmosphere and
double bed, a spacious living room with possibility of sleeping on
